Why don't we have a phone number?
Well we do not accept phone orders and we are solely and internet business. To provide you with a great selection and excellent customer service we prefer email only. If everything is done through email we have a record of all problems and questions encountered so that we can work to clear everything up and improve future customer relations and to update the info that you want to know.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is easy! While browsing our product catalog, simply click the "Paypal Buy Now" icon next to the product you wish to purchase. Doing so will place the item into your virtual shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button located in your shopping cart. You will then be prompted on how to continue.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept several forms of payment. Once you select "Check Out", you will be able to select your preferred method of payment. Currently, you may pay through Paypal with your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), Debit Card, or with a Money Order. Please note that we can not accept phone orders if you are using PayPal or if you plan to send us a Money Order for payment.
How is my order processed?
Your orders are processed immediately upon receipt during business hours. All items on your order are processed for shipping as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock normally ship within 1-2 business days. If you have specific questions about your order, please let us know by contacting us at AirsoftSupplyCustomerService@Yahoo.com.
How will you ship my order?
We ship all orders via UPS unless otherwise noted. We have found that UPS offers the best solution in shipping quality, traceability, and cost for the majority of our customer. Also note that UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. As such, we do not accept orders that contain a P.O. Box.
My billing address is a P.O. Box. How can I place an order?
As we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, any orders placed containing a P.O. Box will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please note that due to the increase in credit card fraud, we will need an alternate shipping address that is authorized by your bank. Once we call and verify your alternate shipping address, your order will be released and processed. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions regarding our P.O. Box policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, but it is not possible for us to ship outside of the Continental United States. Please do not email us asking if we can ship outside of the US, there are no exceptions.
Do you sell items that are not listed on your site?
Yes! We have access to more Military, Tactical and Airsoft Products. We are working hard to add items to our online catalog everyday. If you are in need of an item that is not currently listed in our online catalog, please send an email to AirsoftSupplyRequests@Yahoo.com with the item you are looking for and we will promptly respond with our availability and pricing of that item.
How do I make a return of a product I purchased?
Just e-mail us at AirsoftSupplyCustomerService@Yahoo.com and ask us for a Return of Merchandise Authorization number. We will e-mail our return address, RMA number and instructions for the return. For all returns there is a $4 processing fee. Your purchase price will be refunded (not includeing the original shipping price) and minus the processing fee.
